FAQ

What exactly does SureDo do?

SureDo is a to-do list app that puts your tasks in order automatically based on how important they are, when they're due, and how long they'll take. The thing at the top of your list is always the next best thing you can do, so you don't have to spend energy deciding.

Tap the add button, then enter the task name, how long it will take, how important it is, and when it’s due. SureDo handles the prioritization automatically.
SureDo is loosely based on the Eisenhower Matrix, which sorts tasks by urgency and importance. We add a third factor: time. Quick tasks under 10 minutes get bumped up, because clearing small things frees mental space for bigger work.
As due dates approach, tasks move up the list automatically. If you add a new high-priority task, it may jump ahead of existing ones. The list reflects what matters most right now.

Yes. Your tasks are stored locally on your device. We don’t have servers that store your task data, and we never read your tasks. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You sign in with your Apple ID using Sign in with Apple. We don’t ask for a password, and you can use a private relay email if you prefer.
You can delete your account from within the app’s settings. This removes your sign-in record from our system. Tasks stored on your device are removed when you delete the app.

First, try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn’t fix it, try restarting your device. If you’re still having trouble, email us at suredoapp@gmail.com with a description of what’s happening and what device you’re using. Screenshots help.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund directly through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Feedback / Requests

We are currently deciding if we want to improve SureDo . We had originally planned to use it just for ourselves, but if others like it, we may consider making it more robust. If you have ideas, we’d love to hear them!
